The company converted the former Scottish Widows office building in Birmingham City Centre to create 29 apartments, and 2 restaurants.

Burne Jones House was operated by the company as an investment for c. 20 years as actively managed residential / serviced apartments.

In 2017 we renovated the apartments and sold the long leasehold interests in the following year.

The company retained the restaurants.
